      I joined the company for a brief period in the Passenger and transportation department with the aim to research fot the Final Project for my Master degree in Management Engineering. My Project was related to Market analysis. Feasibility analysis. Research of new European policies about the shipping business.

I supported the team organizing weekly meeting with the other project resources.

Support on a ERP and CPM Software Selection. I successfully supported the NSC on the monitoring of those KPI's and activities, reviewing organizational and operational models, adopting performance optimization, for Sales and After Sales sector.
