Leading a multi-functional team of 10 with 3 direct reports. Led marketing & innovation efforts for Fairy Auto Dish brand in Europe ($1B sales). Developed marketing plans and strategies for Fairy Auto-dishwashing capsules delivering double digit Sales growth which enabled to gradually take over market leadership from historical category leader. Leading a team of 10 with 2 direct reports. Led P&L and go to market efforts for Dish Care brands across the Middle East and Africa ($300MM sales). Leading a multi-functional team of 12 with 4 direct reports, remotely located in Nigeria, Morocco and Israel. Led ongoing brand and business management for Fairy Dish Care brand ($150MM sales), with particular focus on designing the Initiative masterplan and creating the necessary brand assets (i.e. packaging, claims, demo, TV copy, visuals, prints, PR and digital plans). Responsible for leading consumer, product and market understanding work enabling the development and qualification of new product and commercial innovations for Fabric Care brands in MEA region.
