  Manpower planning-HRD, KMCConducted a time motion study to analyze the efficiency of Microbiology technician's work processes. The study involved observing and timing the technician's tasks using a stopwatch and recording start and end times, interruptions, and delays, the study was done to calculate the technician's TAT and idle time, which helped to identify areas of inefficiency and opportunities for improvement. Internal audit (Under the guidance of Dr. Sunil Mundkur- NABH assessor and Quality advisor-KMC)Led a project to check the compliance of consent form documentation in two departments - cardiology (cath lab) and gastroenterology (scopy room). The project involved a thorough review of the consent forms used in each department, including their content, completeness, and accuracy using a self validated checklist.
