      I worked within a team of 6 for an Independent Financial Advisers in Clifton. I was responsible for collating and recording financial data, accurately inputting this into the in house computer systems. I collated and reviewed adviser’s audit scores and presented this to the department who offer constructive feedback to improve customer satisfaction. I was responsible for requesting updates from advisers to ensure that all enquiries receive responses within the allocated timescales.       I currently work within a team of 7 in the Contact Team answering incoming calls from existing customers and new enquirers. This includes recording data, helping with general enquiries and actioning customer requests such as processing payments. I respond to customer emails and proactively make outgoing calls to provide further assistance when needed. I log and respond to complaints in an appropriate and professional manner ensuring the situation is fully resolved. I am well organised and I have good time management skills, this is evidenced through a tidy and ordered work station and I ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. I can work on individual projects and I ensure my workloads are completed within the requested deadlines. This is evident in my present job as I am currently writing an instruction manual for my company’s internet banking that will be used internally as well as used by new starters.I have extensive knowledge of Microsoft applications and administration systems. Within a year of joining my present company I have provided full training to 3 new members of my team on various in-house systems such as the telephone system, customer confidential database, payments database and internal processes and I have continued to provide 1-2-1 support to them.
