  Accounts & Operations Manager

  My role is to effectively manage the accounts team and operations to ensure the accurate and timely production of financial reporting and the management of key financial systems in line with the business requirements. My key responsibilities are as follows:- Responsibility for the day to day control and management of the accounts payable & receivable and cashbook processes for the organisation.- Key point of contact for all financial queries.- Build relationships with third party finance providers.- Ensuring all accounting transactions are correctly posted and authorised.- Upgrading & improving systems, procedures as appropriate.- Approval of expenses, payments, and control of these transactions.- Support the development of the annual budget and assist in the ongoing adherence of the budget.- All aspects of credit control to ensure insurers and suppliers are paid in timely manner.- Liaising with external auditors- Monitoring of daily cashflow and banking- Assist in the management and depreciation of inventory and capital assets- Production of financial & sales data reports for management team.- Oversee all insurer account reconciliations- Assist in ensuring the company is financially compliant.
