  Team Leader for a group of young people aged 16-17 completing a four week programme. This programme consisted of two residential trips within the first two weeks, where my role was to ensure the safety, enjoyment and motivation for the young people to learn new skills and develop confidence in their abilities. The last two weeks of this programme were fundraising and creating a social action project to help the local Bournemouth community.

  After recently completing my Level 2 Gym instructor Qualification, I was offered a part-time role as a Fitness Instructor at Urban Health and Fitness until I complete my Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification in the near future to become a Self-employed PT. I currently teach group fitness classes in the gym and work towards promoting online fitness classes during these current times. I also work on the gym reception doing admin work.

  Personal assistant for an adult with cerebral palsy that communicates using eye gaze technology and drives a power wheelchair with head switches. Support provided for all areas of personal care throughout his daily life. Shifts worked are 24 hour days, and up to 5 days back to back. Support is also provided within a hydrotherapy pool and when playing Boccia.
