      May 2016 - Aug 2016

    • WSFS Bank

      May 2019 - Aug 2019
      Summer Intern (Bank teller)

Summer/Winter 2018, Summer 2019At WSFS Bank I had the opportunity to work as a teller for the Malvern Branch. In this role I learned valuable skills such as teamwork, leadership, and customer service. I ran transactions, answered phone calls, and helped customers with their banking needs. Transactions would include anything from deposits to loan payments or issuing withdrawals or official checks. I also dealt with vault management procedures and was responsible for being in balance with my drawer at the end of the work day. I even had the opportunity to be a witness for loan signings. I learned to work with other tellers in what can be a stressful environment and grow professional relationships. The Malvern branch was one of WSFS's "learning branches" and therefore, I got to help train full-time new hire employees. While working at WSFS I had made many personal connections with our customers and earned their trust with their banking needs. Show less
