  As the Assistant Operations Manager of a multi-state based Lottery site, my primary job functions included managing the Day to Day duties of a 24 hour based Operations Department. With 8 Direct Reports, my primary duties included insuring Staff are trained and prepared to process daily Lottery Draws, able to initiate and complete Day-End and Start of Day processing, and Multi system Account balancing. Operations Staff Members were also trained in monitoring error conditions both network and server based as well as maintaining detailed documentation outlining existing or new Procedures for production and test environment systems.
