  - Lead the Maintenance Control Center planning staff.- KPI´s creation - Attend meetings with planning (Long term) and MRO for work coordination.- Assist with coordination of manpower, tooling, spares in conjunction with MRO´s and OCC for AOG aircraft.- Reduce duplication of processes through the implementation of the lean method. - Short Term / Line Maintenance Planning (including A-Checks) to include fleetwide modifications, Engineering Orders, Airworthiness Directives and working, in conjunction with the Mid Term and Base Planning Teams, to define the line/hangar maintenance nightstop plan for the fleet.- Co-ordinating the unscheduled maintenance- Deferred Defect Planning- Workpackage creation and management in AMOS - Resolution of Non-Conformities- Development of procedures to improve the structure and composite workshop.- Acquisition of knowledge of planning of line maintenance tasks. - Familiarization with the EASA and AESA regulations- Modification of sections of the BinterTechnic MOE- Resolution of Non-Conformities Acquisition of knowledge in the different areas of production such as:- Participate in control of aeronautical maintenance.- Control of records.- Collaborate with Production supervisors for study and improvement proposals.
