As a result, Mountain View homeless population has been cut in half in the 3 years since that project opened.• Won the ULI America’s Award for Excellence because of the project’s ability to be easily replicated.• The project became the catalyst for 16 new modular projects under Homekey Round 2, including the largest in California (240 beds) that I advised on and two I managed on behalf of LifeMoves that secured over $75M in Palo Alto (88 beds) and San Jose (200 beds).
