  As an Assistant Manager I have worked and experienced the follows; Managerial work at moulding line to achieve daily production target.Working closely with operators and shift supervisors to ensure budgeted production.Implemented various safety improvements and procedures.Attend daily production meetings to identify different casting defects and also give the remedies suggestions to avoid these defects. Having optimum understanding about moulding sand composition, its physical properties with respect to requirements of various castings. Well familiar about the core making processes; such as shell core making, carbon dioxide core making and ammonia gas core making. Having experience about charge proportioning calculations of Cupola Furnace and Induction Furnace. Having sufficient knowledge about the grey cast iron and spheroidal grey cast iron making to get desire physical and mechanical properties. Prepare and Follow up the in-house complaints (Non-conformity report).   Foundry Engineer

  As a foundry engineer my duties and responsibilities in SCF are as follows:Monitor the overall production area including melting, Continuous Mixture ( Resin bonded sand moulding), green sand moulding and Prepare daily production report. Perform different sand test, such as, AFS fineness no., moisture test, permeability and compression strength. Do the compositional analysis of steels and cast irons by using spectrometer also perform the metallography of different metals. Manage the fettling area to ensure the smooth flow of production also give necessary instructions to grinders. Inspect each casting for any defects; repair them wherever it’s possible.Perform the final inspection of castings in order to ensure the products meet the standard of Kite Mark & SASO.Prepared rejection reports on daily basis and discuss them with managers and engineers to overcome these defects.Prepare and follow up the non-conformity report Watch out the painting areaResponsible for the dispatching of finished products, prepared invoices, delivery notes as well as arrange transportation for dispatching, communicate with customers for the smooth delivery of goods.
