I provided database and search strategy instructions to students, faculty, and staff via email, chat, and social networking (it was equivalent to 3.5K full time staff). I led and supervised up to five employees while concurrently monitoring three computer labs comprised of 85 PCs and Macs. I managed interlibrary loans (ILLs) by updating records utilizing various management and deliver softwares; communicated with patrons regarding outstanding ILLs.
