  Gifted & talented performance coach

  I am currently running Strength & conditioning for the Kings school in partnership with the university of Gloucestershire's strength and conditioning department where I am also completing a research masters degree. My main roles at the school include supervising strength & conditioning prescription provided students from the university the for the gifted and talented students (age:8-18), physiological and performance testing and the running of gym and sports hall sessions for all age groups.

  I started Gym Geek back in 2018 my goal was to create a role for myself in the strength & conditioning industry and one day open our own gym. After pairing up with Lloyd our sports therapist we opened our own performance gym in 2021.
