  I am currently running Strength & conditioning for the Kings school in partnership with the university of Gloucestershire's strength and conditioning department where I am also completing a research masters degree. My main roles at the school include supervising strength & conditioning prescription provided students from the university the for the gifted and talented students (age:8-18), physiological and performance testing and the running of gym and sports hall sessions for all age groups.
