  Youth powered eco-system to advance urban Adolescent health (YPE4H). A 5-years project funded by USAID. The project aimed to support married and unmarried adolescents welfare living in an urban slum, providing them livelihood skills, leadership skills, life skills, building their capacity, and giving them a life of their own ensuring they have a secured future.My role involves:Managed day-to-day operations for public health programs focused on adolescent and reproductive health. Managing the office and field facility inventory of assets and expendables (commodities and promotional materials), was a key component role.Provided training support and draft key program implementation materials, including activity budgets, meeting reports, and meeting agendas.Facilitated the recruitment, selection, training, and supervision of field community mobilizers charged with creating demand for reproductive health services amongst adolescents. and also increasing awareness on gender-based violence and substance abuse.Produced high-quality reports on program outcomes, highlighting success stories and lessons learned to enhance project visibility.Supported the USAID YPE4H MERL team to ensure high-quality data for effective program evaluation and decision making.Supported the logistic and programmatic implementation of field program activities.
