These efforts facilitated a smooth transition with minimal disruption to operations.• Organized European Union GDPR data privacy compliance efforts, metrics and forums within the Windows Devices Group, working with Universal Store (UST), UST-Membership, and Microsoft corporate subsidiaries worldwide, successfully delivering GDPR compliance program efforts for these organization ahead of the May 2017 GDPR Go Live.• Directed a global team of software engineers to design and develop custom communications, service monitoring and business intelligence solutions in support of the critical development platforms at Microsoft, enabling the smooth transition of critical server and service components from a major data center and driving initiatives to move legacy customers to newer platforms.• Executed an organization-wide security compliance project encompassing globally dispersed, cross-functional teams and dozens of individual stakeholders to bring 14 different BGIT-supported platforms, services, and 3rd party appliances into alignment with C+E security requirements, completing the effort in one-half the expected time.
