      I carried out this internship for the preparation of the Master's thesis in Marine Biology. The subject was the use of molecular techniques of environmental DNA analyses (Metabarcoding and NGS).The work concerned both field work (sampling) and laboratory work.I also did the bioinformatic and statistical analyses of the data.
