Responsible for the entire Commercial Division, as well as all aspects of Engineering/Estimating of select projects within the Heavy Highway Construction Division.

      Selected to establish newly acquired private company (A.L. Blades & Sons) into the Oldcastle network under the umbrella of the Rochester, NY-based Dolomite Group. This acquisition brought the first Bridge and Structures Building Company to the Northeast Region, as well as established the first Construction Division within the Dolomite Group, which was previously a materials only company. Responsibilities included estimating, engineering, safety, budget development and forecasting, daily job cost control, customer centricity, financial growth plans and long-term planning, establishing and maintaining relationships with NYSDOT, municipalities and private property owners; and the transition of private company employees to the existing corporate structures.
