  3-day assignementI oversaw the debugging, repair and calibration of a Rexon ink dispensing machine The job required liaising with the manufacturers in the UK and directing the local maintenance staff. Misunderstanding and confusion over the precise history of the problem meant that the UK engineer was unable to direct the process remotely. A technically-inclined communicator was needed to establish the real status of the machine and direct the repair effort – I was called to assist, with positive results. Show less
