  I'm currently doing my masterthesis project at the department of surgical oncology at the University Hospitals of Leuven. Within the multidisclinary breast centre, I manage a clinical study about the prognostic value and influence of surgery on biomarkers of systemic inflammation in breast cancer patients. Voluntary study internship at the Center of clinical pharmacology at UZ Leuven which are specialized in phase I and II clinical studies. Study specific internships at the department of thoracic surgery, radiology and clinical studies anesthesiology.
