  As TPPM, I lead a small team of planners and specialists in producing innovative, high-quality plans and programs for the Alamo Area MPO. This includes managing long- and short-range planning efforts, maintenance of the Transportation Improvement Program and Transportation Conformity, leading our department's public involvement, outreach and social media efforts, and overseeing our Active Transportation and Travel Demand Management Programs. As the Regional Transportation Planner I am primarily responsible for programming our short range plan, called the Transportation Improvement program, as well as maintaining our Congestion Management Process and performance-based planning requirements of the Alamo Area MPO.
