  Payroll deducted life, health & annuity insurance agency whose clients are public employees of the State University System of Florida, the Florida Association of Community Colleges, and State of Florida agencies.Throughout my years at The Gabor Agency, Inc., in addition to working with the CEO of the company for 27 years as his Executive Assistant, I was responsible for overseeing many areas of the agency, including:Processing of $5,000,000+ of annual payroll deducted insurance and annuity premium collection and compiling individual reports for transmittal of each company’s monthly premiums by individual groups.Processed reciprocal commissions from those transmittals to all agents/agency involved.Managed the accounting staff processing/collecting/verifying the payroll deductions from their assigned groups.Worked directly with the personnel and payroll offices of the State universities, community colleges, and state agencies, in addition to the companies that we represented. Scheduled and prepared marketing materials for group enrollments, overseeing production, printing & distribution.In 1986, obtained my State of Florida Life, Health & Annuity License and traveled throughout Florida to the State sponsored Benefit Fairs during the pre-tax enrollment periods.
