   Managing the schools digital presence, cloud infrastructure, and internal/external facing marketing and graphic design. Website creation and content management, video and photo editing, and social media account management. Managing a small team of 2 plus contractors. Also managing access systems, PA, and CCTV.Led creation of a dynamic new website for the school: Designed from scratch to elevate our digital image and serve as a contemporary interface for our stakeholders. This ambitious project overhauled the school’s digital front and positioned it as a pioneer, embracing cutting-edge technology connecting students to their Google Workspaces, online parents’ evening platform and the school’s social media accounts. Crafted an engaging and user-friendly platform that seamlessly integrated innovative features, ensuring accessibility and fostering enhanced engagement among students, parents, and faculty members.Initiated and created interactive ‘virtual transition’ website for new year 7 intake: Built the site from scratch including all digital content, media, and interactive features. Created weekly innovative tasks, activities, and puzzles and awards to engage the new students in joining the school and help them onboard. Received a great reception from the school and parents in helping their children transition to a secondary environment.Managing IT infrastructure and cloud platforms including Google Workspace: Resolved long-standing 200-strong unanswered email backlog, implemented a new Zoho Desk ticketing system and reduced daily unresolved tickets to zero. Implementing and managing multiple platforms and vendor relations including Canva, Xello, Sign In(visitor/student sign-in system), UHQ (tracking students’ mental health), and Securly (web filtering, on and off-site). Designed multiple employment, student, and sixth form prospectuses supporting hiring and student attraction (digital and hard copy formats).
