  Top 10 U.S. BankServed as tech lead for a development team tasked with migrating essential business workflows from a legacy system to a modern, internal-facing web app used by customer servicing agents of a Fortune 500, U.S. bank. Provided oversight and contributed directly to the delivery of core features used by agents to service inbound and outbound customer service calls. Was responsible for the maintenance and ongoing support for the underlying infrastructure which supported the application, built on a containerized, micro frontend architecture, and hosted on AWS infrastructure. Developed complex frontend workflows using the Vue.js JavaScript framework and wrote services consumed by the frontend in a middle API layer written in Node.js. Provided enhancements to existing enterprise level Spring Boot APIs. Migrated the app’s existing custom CI/CD pipeline over to a Green/Blue docker managed pipeline implementation for a more resilient architecture. Worked closely with internal stakeholders to establish guidelines for handoff processes between the CX and UI development team.
