  For 35 years, lead a team of professionals at Bay Development Corporation. The company has been a major developer of custom condominium and single family home communites throughout the greater Indianapolis area. Since 1977, Bay has received approval for all zoning petitions it pursued except for one. During the zoning pursuits, a high degree of effectiveness and competency was demonstrated in working with local neighborhood organizations, remonstrators, municipal officials, bankers, and builders to create residential communities which offered a quality living environment and matched the unique attributes of the site with proper building and design. Thousands of homesites were developed for builders including Estridge, Ryland, Beazer, and M/I Homes. Bay also developed and built a number of lake-front custom condominium communites including Mystic Bay, Nantucket Bay, and Newport Bay. Bay was also a designer and builder of over 300 custom homes; including homes with passive solar, earth sheltering, and super insulation characteristics. Bay managed all of the home owner associations which were a part of all of the residential communities developed by the company.   This facility ahs been sold and I, as the former manager, am no longer associated with it. Shamrock Builders has opened its third self storage facility, Shamrock Self Storage, located at 765 West Carmel Drive, Carmel, Indiana. The self storage facility, with 485 storage units, is designed and built to investment-grade standards and incorporates a number of quality features related to security and management/operations.

  Special Projects - Revenue Enhancement

  On April 21, 2013, the JCC hosted its second annual Earth Day Community Celebration. The event has the theme of: "learn by doing" and is free and open to the general public. At the inaugural Earth Day Celebration, over 2000 persons participated in 30 hands-on or interactive activities presented by 23 partnering organizations. As the activity coordinator, I am responsible to pursue outside partnering organizations and help them define and refine the activity (s) which they will present. At this time, the upcoming Earth Day Community Celebration promises to be significantly larger than than the 2012 event. Show less
