      This position required me to lift upwards of 25lbs on a daily basis, clean and organize a salad bar, provide excellent customer service while ensuring meals were delivered correctly and in a timely fashion to patrons. A key part of this job was up-selling the food, to ensure a bigger profit for the company. As a hostess I would take payments for the meals and ensure equal seating for all the servers.

Customers would call in with questions about their escrow accounts, typically with problems, and it would be our responsibility to solve them. I would pull escrow analysis from years back to find out why there was current shortage on an account, as well as research current taxes and insurance to verify any overages or shortages. In an average month I would verify around 50,000 escrow accounts. Data entry played a huge roll in this job, as well as having excellent organizational skills.
