  Bryce Vermillion serves as Program Manager on the Integrator team for the Microsoft account. Bryce oversees the projects for the entire eastern region of North America while collaborating with several different service lines within the Integrator team. He partners with the Sourcing Manager to ensure the best possible procurement plan is developed for each project, and teams up with the Transaction team to ensure lease deal terms and work letters are favorable to Microsoft. He is responsible for developing capital expenditures and master schedules for capital funding requests, which are reviewed by Microsoft’s Chief Financial Officer and Microsoft’s Head of Sales. In this role, Bryce engages project management firms in the local market of each project with an RFP for project management services; he subsequently hires the best-in-class PM for such local market. By working in multiple markets in North America, Bryce has gained valuable information relating to local jurisdictions, codes, permitting, design, and construction firms in a number of market places. Additionally, Bryce works with the Strategy team to develop costs and schedules for long range planning efforts. During Bryce’s tenure as Program Manager, all projects that he program managed have been delivered on time and under budget. Bryce’s current program consists of the delivery of a $42M optimization project in Cambridge, MA; a $16M relocation of a sales office in Cambridge, MA; a $14.5M relocation of a sales office in Atlanta, GA; a $10M relocation for a developer’s office in Raleigh, NC; and an $8M optimization in Chevy Chase, MD.   Bryce Vermillion serves as Senior Program Manager overseeing Multi-Markets (M2) for the local market and is located but not limited to the Washington D.C. region. Bryce works as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for various M2 accounts overseeing the projects and collaborating with several different service lines within CBRE to provide the best-in-class outcome for all his clients. He partners with the Brokerage and Transaction teams to ensure lease deal terms and work letters are favorable to the client. He works with the clients Real Estate Manager to understand the parameters of the projects. Bryce acts as the SPOC for clients to ensure all projects follow a consistent delivery, across all market places. As SPOC Bryce provides strategic oversight of client’s projects and acts as the conduit between the client’s processes and the local Project Manager.
