Responsible for organising the designs, ordering of kit, installion of network and server equipment plus the config and testing. Organising the migration of existing customers from the old DC to the new one.KSTH experience Project - Along with another PM we organised the tech based implementation of a server room within a luxury hotel THG ownMovement and migration of one of THGs premier DCs in NYC to a new location in NJ This was done over a 12 hour maintenance window with a third party moving the cabs and equipment, installing them in our new location and getting it all back online with THG engineers Show less Managing different technical projects across THG including new Acquisitions, Hosting Projects and Migrations. Migration Of Dermstore Telephony into THG's Infrastructure Perricone MD - A beauty company acquired by THG who we absorbed into THG's IT Infrastructure Acquisitions ( Berrymans and Claremont) - I took over these projects, ran them to a certain point and handed over to a programme manager.
