  My responsibilities1. Plan and establish work schedules, preventive maintenance, assignments, and production sequences for production line. 2. Determine Best problem solving solution.3. Schedule for prevention maintenance for all the Machines and implement it with the minimum cost and the best way to assure the maximum running quality11.   Responsible for :I was responsible for Initiating and making drawings and layout and production flow for the new Blades factory LORD5 in the free zone in Amrya which would be constructed and be running in the next 3 yearsI was Responsible for the initiating and commissioning and installing of the new machine DCMS-30/2019 1-Maintenance of the grinding machines of the factory2- Maintenance of the CHROME SPUTTERING machines (CVC, CTS and DCMS-30/20219 )which use ultra high vacuum principals3- Responsible for the Utilities Department Including a- water treatment station (Pumps and chillers) b- Air station (Air compressors Atlas copco & Ingersollrand- air dryers) c- Air conditions all over the factory plant d- Ammonia cracking station producing nitrogen and hydrogen gases needed for heat treatment furnaces 4- Responsible for manufacturing of the new machines which includes preparing design drawings using Inventor & solid works 2024cad software and then inspection of the all parts using CMM machine and many other tools then making assembly and install the new machine 5- responsible for about 100 maintenance technicians 6-Responsible person for the Training programs for all maintenance technicians and fresh graduate engineers 7-Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new engineers, or oversee those personnel processes.
