      As a NOC engineer, I worked in the O&M department in the front office (FO) to provide real-time support to field engineers in the maintenance of the network coverage throughout Pakistan. Also, I was more responsible for the daily as well as the weekly reporting to the core CMPaK management including the CEO. I served as acting shift-lead on various occasions as well. I started my career in CMPak as a graduate trainee officer (GTO) in the operations and maintenance (O&M) department. My job responsibilities were broadly related to ensuring the smooth and flawless network throughout Pakistan, lending enhanced coordination with vendors and operators for smooth execution of network. and giving first level support to field engineers.
