Show less Responsible for maximizing merchandise sales and franchise royalty revenues by providing comprehensive ongoing support to all franchise units within an assigned geographic area which includes Florida through New York, and west to Louisiana, including single and multi franchisees. Responsibility for managing all marketing related aspects of site conversions to Circle K from other brands, New to Industry openings, and remodels of existing franchisees. I work closely with franchisees, site development and operations to deliver seamless conversions, NTI openings and remodels to meet or exceed the Circle K standards. Over the years of operating my area's, I have increased sales to exceed budget every year, decreased turnover in all positions year after year, and decreased shrink each year exceeding budget.
