Partnered with analytics to build the tool and rolled it out across content-changing teams and stakeholders, addressing one of the highest areas of supplier frustration. The initiative successfully reduced content-related issues, providing long-term value by preventing errors.• Top SKU Monitoring: Designed and implemented a scalable Dashboard to monitor performance swings of Top SKUs (Top 10% by GRS, accounting for 85% of LLC GRS). The tool tracks recent changes and their impact on performance, enabling swift identification of unintended alterations, which had been a key supplier concern. This initiative prevented costly escalations and GRS losses, with over 181,354 SKUs corrected and a cumulative impact of $647.6M LTM GRS. Built and executed a robust daily monitoring process and initiated strategic discussions to improve SKU management.• Global Findability Improvements: Assumed leadership of the Global Findability team and drove key initiatives like Barrier migration and PSM release to 100%. Collaborated with stakeholders to reduce the unintentional unfindable rate to under 1%, unlocking ~$165M in previously unfindable LTM GRS. Developed a Findability Waterfall and overhauled KPI metrics to align with broader operational goals, leading to more strategic and informed decisions.• Supplier Satisfaction Enhancements: Established a Wayfair-wide standard for measuring Supplier Satisfaction (SSAT 1-5), translating supplier feedback into actionable data. Led a cross-functional action plan to improve satisfaction for enrichment tickets, raising SSAT scores from 3.7 to 4.6, the highest supplier-facing score at Wayfair. Reduced negative-rated experiences (1/2 scores) by 75%, significantly enhancing supplier relations.
