  During my initial two years at Vestas, I held the position of Overall Project Manager for a cutting-edge Technology project within the Research and Development (R&D) domain. The project focused on the development of an intelligent optical sensor system, specifically designed to enhance wind turbine control during turbulent conditions. My responsibilities encompassed system design, qualification for a 20-year operational lifetime, and adherence to the Vestas development model known as the “Vestas Way to Market.” This endeavor was characterized by its high technical complexity and extensive interface coordination, involving stakeholders both within and outside of Vestas.Simultaneously, I successfully managed various option projects tailored to meet the unique requirements of our customers.In subsequent years, my role transitioned to that of a Project Manager within the Continuous Improvement Management department.
