  Contributed to scaling an existing model called SDScan across multiple languages, leveraging open-source models such as Meta's LASER, a multilingual NLP model. I productionized an internal version of LASER through Docker and Azure services. SDScan is a patented Semantic differentiation clustering method (US 16/444,638) based on the Bayesian Scan statistics to find market-specific issues from NPS customers' feedback.
