My product line includes; our oil-injected rotary screw compressors, scrolls, and oil-free water-injected air compressors.I develop and implement informational presentations and product launches for our sales teams. Support the sales teams' daily inquiries so they have all the information needed to succeed in the field. Review competitor positions and develop competitor comparisons to determine market segments and competitive pricing. Create part numbers and pricing through SAP to generate quotes and place machine orders. Monitor minimum balances, stock availability, and aging equipment through Power BI to push revenues. Show less In this position, I managed a $17,000,000 service plan portfolio for the central region within our operating systems. We used programs such as C4C, SPI, SAP, COPS, and IQ2 to build and renew quotes for existing and new customers. Power BI was used daily to run reports and see what renewals were coming up for the month. The program was used to view revenues, One2One, and contract trends. I contacted the customer via email and phone to ensure that the contract was renewed on time before the current purchase order expired. After joining the CTS central team, the on-time renewal rate increased for service contracts by +7% in 2021 and +9% in 2022.
