  As part of the Language and Cultural Awareness Committee I was responsible for creating lesson plans, a language handbook as well as teaching the Spanish onboard workshops for Flight Attendants.My involvement on Language & Culture Committee involved: - writing articles for internal WestJet newsletter - develop & initiate ideas by embracing/understanding cultures and languages within WestJet's operations
