      I was a call handler that deals with the publics calls and concerns about health related issues, my role is to help people by follow the correct pathways and systems within 111 to complete assessments based on the information given. I hold the responsibility for the outcome and urgency of patients needs.

      Team Manager

      I lead multiple teams of up to twenty people in B and Q stores across the UK and Wales, in control of site renovations as well as leading teams to merchandising stores and dealing with clients directly. I was tasked the role as team leader for the merchandising unit at WMB mainly within there B and Q contracts, this entailed stocking shelves, assisting with dotcom work, building displays, refacing stores and complete store reconstruction. My role was to lead the teams in many different stores, communicate with management staff, follow up with risk assessment, present task progress to management as well manage staff across multiply sites. From the experiences i gained at Flowplast, Sweep, in fast paced jobs roles working very repetitive tasks for anything up to 12 hour shifts. Working as a team and having to interact with new people as and when I’m needed in a company has lead me develop my communication skills, while also getting me used to working in fast paced environments.
