      I have been at Hadleigh Farm Estate for the past 11 years in various roles from Volunteer through to now Assistant Manager.My main roles are to ensure the smooth day to day running of a public Rare Breeds Centre including all aspects of animal husbandry, money handling, banking, customer service and educational visits.I am reponsibile for creating, organising, adapting and delivering our education and visits programme, including school, SEN group, uniformed youth group, sensory and birthday party visits. This includes developing hand outs to fit with the current curriculum as well as designing and implementing our visits information packs, booking forms and questionnaires. In addition it is my role to train our team, staff and volunteers, to deliver our visits programme.Another area of my role is to devlop and deliver the events calendar programme for the centre including acivities for children and adults.Whilst here I have completed many courses ranging from online courses, Norman Mark courses and education courses.
