Maintaining internet & transport services, configuring network devices (router, switch, ADM) and redesigning the network diagram in case needed. create full detailed report for official root cause analysis. Manage customer's expectation & complaint, coordinate with external partners, monitoring all Internet & Voice services to be proactively informed to customers & partners.
