      Ensuring the productivity of the work assignment of Digital Operation staffs and ensuring theirroles and responsibilities are established effectively. act as an escalation level of any CDN & cloud service complaint. involve to support commercial team for CDN, cloud & security service Provision & after sales team for CDN & cloud services, participating in technical review during kick off with potential customers. in charge for CDN traffic re-engineering, installing and relocating CDN & cloud physical servers to achieve an optimal CDN serving. Responsible to perform corrective action to solve any complaints in regards to to IP Peering, IP Transit, CDN, IPX, IP VPN. Leads 24x7 NOC team during a shift to ensure excellent operations are consistently achieved, delegating duties, assigning specific tasks and ensuring team members are prepared. review and take correction course of action. identify all risk of the troubleshoot process within the scope of NOC Telin responsibilities. Maintaining internet & transport services, configuring network devices (router, switch, ADM) and redesigning the network diagram in case needed. create full detailed report for official root cause analysis. Manage customer's expectation & complaint, coordinate with external partners, monitoring all Internet & Voice services to be proactively informed to customers & partners.
