      In this role, I successfully managed four brands (Izod, Arrow, Van Heusen, and Bass) and 96 licensees representing $1B in global retail sales and led efforts to ensure new, innovative concepts, business practices, and technologies were fully adopted and integrated into the business. I held accountability for merchandising, licensing relationships, product development, wholesale sales, and design and served as the international spokesman for the brands.By revamping the merchandising team to focus on profitability and collaboration, I improved communication, reliability, and messaging both internally and with licensees. Business goals were advanced by building and cultivating productive relationships with licensees and developing a clear understanding of each of their specific market needs. We successfully launched eight product categories in three brands in less than 24 months and delivered increases in royalty payments YOY by improving ties with China and India. An additional boost to brand’s EBIT was generated by the redesign and implementation of a more effective SOP which resulted in a 20% increase in American-designed products adopted by an international licensee.I conducted seasonal global wholesale presentations, developed new business models with a regional lens with the goal of disrupting traditional retail, and consistently identified opportunities to develop, enhance, and optimize global operations.
