Managed stakeholder expectations, lead developers during development cycles, helped QA define test cases and supported the Support team during rollouts of new releases. Modules that I designed from UI to back end processors: development lifecycle workflow, change management workflow, automated source code migration, source code locking and reservation system. Solution expert for the PeopleSoft development community creating industry best practices. Developed presentations and presented materials to PeopleSoft user groups with hundreds of attendees. In a nut shell, my job is to understand the stake holders business needs, manage their expectations, translate their needs into technical requirements and product specifications and work closely with the developers to rollout the solution using Agile methodology. The web based Avenue system manages the product release cycle including all legal compliance. Its users are the product management and development teams, legal department, support, sales operations and CTO group (over 2000 users). I manage all the legal compliance sub-systems including Third Party Components, Export control, Cryptography Compliance (FIPS), Security Vulnerability Identification and Resolution, Product Development Tools Inventory and OLP (Offer Lifecycle Process) workflow.
