  I directed five service shops in Arlington, Longview, Tyler, Lufkin and Denver. Performed daily analysis of productivity, profitability, recalls, managed and renewed service contracts with customers. I frequently met with customers to evaluate our service performance. I managed Engineering, Projects, Depot, Mobile up-fitting, Field Service and the Call Center. I had 69 employees reporting to four key managers.

  I moved to the Engineering division and I am tasked with growing the Engineering Staff to a profitable department. This department was previously engaged in building proposals for our sales staff. The purpose now is to develop a consulting service and grow the department to a profitable level. I have implemented new software (Smartdocs) that greatly increases the speed at which sales proposals can be generated.
