Have learned many leadership skills as well as communication which were both essential to setting a collaborative environment for the student.

      Through the UNCCH Carolina Higher Education Opportunities Program, I was able to embark an 8-week honors-level academic program that involved educational and pre-medical opportunities. This includes 150+ hours instruction on Physics, Organic Chemistry, Biostatistics, and Human Physiology. All while I was able to shadow multiple professionals in different spectrums of health care within UNC Health.
