      Sales & Marketing :Probal started his FMCG journey in 1990 with Wipro and then served many organizations in the same domain such as Lakme, Hindustan Unilever, Henkel India, International Bestfoods, Cavinkare and many others and went up to the “Regional Head” level.During this journey he also took some time out and served consumer semi durable companies like Philips India ,Berger Paints and Jension & Nicholson ( Nepal ) Pvt Ltd.Probal, during his journey took pride to be a member of the launching team of many International brands in India, such as LIRIL, ELLE-18, KNORR, FA, PRIL etc. Show less

      Training and Consultancy Experience :Probal started his training journey with his own domain expertise – FMCG ! It was with the FMCG Industry leader, Hindustan Unilever in 2004.During this period, he was actively engaged in Performance coaching and classroom training .In 2005, Probal decided to spread his wings in training industry and stepped into broader training areas. Probal joined Corporate Vision Learning Solutions – a Delhi based quality training house. Here Probal was training people from organizations such as LG, Reliance Industries, HUL, TATA Telecom etc.In 2007 Probal joined corporate training team of NIS Sparta Ltd for various management level program in Leadership,Team building, Selling and Marketing skills, Time Management, Conflict Resolution, CRM and various Management Development Programmes.       Probal is a faculty member of a “Leadership Development” initiative team at Srei BNP PARIBAS.A major purpose of this initiative is to create a “succession planning” for the current business and creating "new talents" for diversification of Business , Merger & Acquisitions etc.Apart from this, the bigger goal of this initiative is to create a “Corporate University” at national & international level with specialization on NBFC.Specialties: A holistic approach of developing Managerial & Leadership skill set of the organization.Apart from Behavioral & Managerial aspects, which are his domain area – Probal is creating the E- leaning platform for the organization.
