  An integral part of the team at David Lloyd Hampton. I managed a team of 6-8 coaches to run a successful Junior/Adult program with good retention of 700+ tennis members. My duties included managing the yearly budget, marketing, sales and customer care. Teaching adult and junior players of all abilities from beginner to performance. Running groups of up to 14 people working on technique and tactics of the game.
