The release assignment is done based on available capacity. • Work with the architects to review the features internally and create appropriate user stories. • Conduct sprint planning with Architects and key development team members to o Write user stories based on the features. o Review the business priorities and technical complexity of the user stories. o Estimate Story points and allocate sprints. • Currently we are running two weeks sprints. • Conduct the daily huddles to track the progress. • At the end of the Sprint o Conduct sprint review to access the completion of user stories. o End of sprint demos to attract the early feedback. • Ensure timely delivery by meeting the planned velocity average of 120 PD’s. • Ensure quality of delivery by tracking the defects raised, escaped defects. • Collaborate with Business Analysts for UAT / FUT. • Ensure compliance on preparation and submission of artifacts and handover to operations are done on time.
