Besides the responsibilities of the statutory representative and finance director I became responsible for the capacity planning of production and maintenance management. The analytical department was enhanced. The new channels project as well as digitalization and inter-active projects were completed. Leading 40 people.Key responsibilities:- Accounting and Reporting - Statutory and US GAAP accounting, reporting pack and upload to CME system for consolidation- Budgets, Forecasts – preparing budgets and monthly comparison with actual results- Controlling – setting and review of procedures- Ad- hoc analysis and project analysis- Treasury – building a cash flow, performing cash flow analysis, weekly and monthly cash flows- Internal audit, Sarbanes Oxley requirements- Analysis, Cost benchmarking with other CME stations, Project evaluation (profitability of production, DCF, Capital expense evaluation)- Implementing new policies (Accounting and Operational) consistent with other CME stations, implementing statutory policies- Working groups tasks (joint task of all CME stations)- Operations (production side of capacity planning)- Led various cost reduction projects in several departments- Maintenance of building, cars and overall TV support function- Overviewed and assisted the Sarbanes Oxley project and hired and supervised the internal auditor.
