Responsible for the development of member engagement opportunities and management of the Academy's vast volunteer network. Serve as the primary staff liaison for division and interest group leadership, Board, and standing committees, providing training, guidance and advice regarding organizational policy and procedure. Support and manage special projects, nomination/elections management, recruitment, retention and engagement of volunteers, as well as orientation and transitions within the Academy's volunteer network. Guide and develop the work of volunteers to strengthen relationships across all components of the Academy, and increase member participation by identifying and promoting opportunities to contribute to the Academy community.
