Within the NQA I have been involved in several visitations as a panel member.   In order to be able to award diplomas recognized by the government, higher education programs must be accredited once every six years by the Dutch-Flemish Accreditation Organization (NVAO). NVAO takes an accreditation decision on the basis of an assessment report drawn up by an evaluation agency. Hobéon is such an evaluation agency. Within Hobéon I acted as a panel member at the visitation of Fontys Hogeshool Applied Science which I experienced as very challenging and instructive!
