  I am involved as an external consultant for the Conflict Research Unit in the project on CSDP lessons learned. As lead researcher I am reviewing lessons learned processes in the available literature and evaluating them in practice. I am also responsible for conducting interviews with EU officials involved in lessons learned mechanisms as well as for defining research methodologies and analytical framework. The final report will include practical recommendations for the improvement and further development in the identification and implementation of knowledge management for CSDP missions and operations.   As a transformational coach/mentor, I work with people in the international development, humanitarian and peacebuilding sectors. In short, I help those who are dedicated to bringing positive change in the world with their own inner journeys of change and transformation. More self-awareness and a clearer sense of what drives us and why make us better leaders both in our personal and professional life – better individuals, partners, colleagues and parents. Finding my own vocation has not been an easy journey but it has been the most rewarding one. I was supported along the way by coaching, mentoring and therapy and so I have trained and continue to train in these fields so that I can meet you where you are and be the kind of support you need. Coming from the field myself, I have a very acute sense of the challenges of this kind of work and through my own journey of growth and self-development I have learned how we can tap into our own inner potential to ride the ups and downs of this lifestyle while building the kind of lives we want.
