Before that, I was responsible for the technical design of airmount modules for both XT and NXT systems. The airmounts are active vibration isolators based on pneumatic and Lorentz actuators between two large frames. My technical responsibilities are - developments for new machines, using dynamical models and various measurements, - verifying current performance and extrapolating performance for future machines, - monitoring and pro-actively acting on material failures, and - trouble shooting during build and install at customers, (of this module) for XT and NXT systems.       As mechatronics architect I am employed for the system dynamics group at ASML. Currently responsible for the system dynamics architecture of upgrades and newly released XT products. Before that, I was responsible for technical design of airmount modules. Next to the technical responsibilities, I am team lead for XT and NXT systems for the system dynamics group at ASML.Before I started at the System Dynamics group, I was employed as mechatronics design engineer for the opto-mechatronics group at ASML (1 FTE). In 2014 I combined working at ASML with a.i. group lead mechatronics at Segula, responsible for coaching other mechatronic engineers and organization of the mechatronic group creating stable growth for the future (0.1 FTE).
